Porsche Shanghai IV Dealership Handed-Over

The brand new LEED Gold addition to Porsche dealerships in Shanghai will help boosting upmarket car sales.

In September 2015, the new Porsche Shanghai IV Dealership in Waigaoqiao was finished and handed-over to Porsche China. Since October 2015, the facility is in service. It is developed as a green building and nominated to receive a LEED Gold certification. Completed within a planning and realization process of about 3 years, the Shanghai IV Dealership comprises a GFA of 14,800 sqm with two floors and a mezzanine floor.

The architectural appearance of the building features the typical Porsche Dealership design with silver aluminum paneling and black trapezium steel sheet facade. OBERMEYER finished all fit-out design development and construction documents for interior and MEP within 2013.

During the bare-shell construction, project management services were provided. In August 2014 OBERMEYER took over the full responsibility and coordination for the fit-out project management until the handover to Porsche in September 2015.
