Daimler Jinan Parts Distribution Center was successfully handed over to the client on November 30th, 2017. The project is located in Jinan, Shandong Province. The main building is the logistic warehouse (GFA 23,305 sqm, clear height 10.5 m) with one double-layer office area and one single-layer receiving & shipping area. A boiler house (390 sqm) and a guard house (89 sqm) are built as the auxiliary buildings. It will become the most important logistics center which will provide regional logistics services for central China after built.

The construction of the concrete terrace adopted high standard construction technology. Finished joint steel profiles were used for the construction joint. Concrete seal solidification agent was taken after the concrete was poured. High standard insulation material was applied for the energy-saving of the roof, external walls, windows and doors. The colored steel plates were processed on site. For the roof plate installation, there was only one horizontal joint at the roof ridge and the longitudinal joints were 360 degree crimping. The quality and quantity of the sealant were well controlled. All the measures will guarantee that there will not be one single leakage during rain fall. For the lighting system, lighting band was used and all the lighting in the warehouse is energy-efficient.
